Khawaja Garib Nawaz Welfare Society is a non-profit organization committed to supporting education, healthcare, food assistance, and community welfare programs. Donations received are used to support our charitable initiatives and help communities in need.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered.

Donations

All donations made to Khawaja Garib Nawaz Welfare Society are voluntary and are used to support our programs and activities. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is generally considered non-refundable.

Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• If a donation was made by mistake

• If there was a duplicate transaction

• If the donor entered an incorrect amount

To request a refund, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the donation date with details of the transaction.

Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the donation.

• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in the donor’s account depending on the payment provider or bank.

Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation, you may request cancellation at any time by contacting us. The cancellation will apply to future payments and will not affect donations already processed.
